some time ago we had threads about the price of pork in China
which went up due to PRRS virus, "blue ear disease"
There were 10M pigs supposed to have dies in China in 2007

I've tried to find the number of pigs in China, but it was delayed.
I couldn't find the numbers for 2007 yet ... maybe I
should try again
