To further enhance the ability of key units in the jurisdiction to respond to emergencies, deepen the police-medical collaborative emergency response mechanism, and effectively protect the lives and property of medical staff, patients and their families, on January 20, the Holingol City Public Security Bureau organized the Public Security Management Brigade, the Anti-Terrorism and Special Patrol Police Brigade, and the Zhusihua Police Station to conduct an anti-terrorism and anti-riot emergency drill at the Holingol City Traditional Chinese and Mongolian Hospital.
Prior to the drill, the Holingol City Public Security Bureau's Blue Team instructors provided centralized training to hospital staff and security personnel, systematically explaining emergency safety knowledge and demonstrating the correct operation and use of riot control equipment such as shields, steel forks, and batons. The drill simulated a violent conflict occurring inside the hospital. Medical staff and security personnel worked closely together, employing the "smallest operational unit" tactic to quickly and effectively subdue the "rioters." Subsequently, the Public Security Bureau's emergency response unit arrived promptly at the scene to control the suspects, provide aid to the injured, and maintain order, with the entire process conducted in a standardized and orderly manner.
This emergency drill, grounded in real-world scenarios, not only effectively strengthened the emergency response skills and safety awareness of medical and security personnel, but also comprehensively tested the rapid response capability and collaborative combat level of the "police-medical joint action" mechanism. Moving forward, the Holingol City Public Security Bureau will continue to deepen its collaboration with medical institutions in the area, conduct regular, realistic emergency drills, continuously improve its comprehensive ability to respond to sudden security incidents, and strive to create a robust safety net for both medical staff and patients.
