[FONT=微软雅黑]To effectively enhance the joint emergency response and security capabilities of the police and medical personnel, further deepen and refine the "police-medical linkage" emergency response mechanism, and improve the rapid response and collaborative emergency response system, the Beiguan Police Station and Special Police Brigade of Qin'an County Public Security Bureau recently conducted an anti-terrorism and anti-riot emergency drill in conjunction with the County Central Hospital.
[FONT=微软雅黑]Prior to the drill, police officers conducted pre-job training for hospital security personnel and medical staff, using typical cases involving violence and terrorism. They provided detailed explanations of basic counter-terrorism and riot control knowledge, methods for identifying emergencies, emergency evacuation techniques, and the proper use of security equipment such as riot shields, steel forks, and batons. Simultaneously, staff from both sides refined the drill plan, considering the characteristics of key areas such as hospital entrances, treatment areas, and inpatient wards. They clarified the division of responsibilities, response procedures, and coordination mechanisms for each position, and proactively identified and rectified potential security risks to ensure the drill was conducted in a standardized, seamless, and effective manner.[/FONT]
[FONT=微软雅黑]The drill simulated a suspicious stranger forcibly entering the hospital grounds, displaying agitated emotions and aggressive language, and suspected of carrying dangerous items, posing a risk of violence. Hospital security personnel on duty immediately detected the anomaly and swiftly activated the hospital's anti-terrorism and anti-riot emergency plan. They promptly evacuated nearby patients and their families, used riot control equipment to initially intercept the suspicious individual and stabilize the scene, and simultaneously alerted the local police station and special police unit for assistance. Upon receiving the report, the Beiguan Police Station and the special police unit quickly assembled and rushed to the scene. They accurately assessed the situation and divided their tasks for handling the situation. The participating officers strictly followed operational procedures, quickly forming a tactical encirclement, decisively carrying out on-site control, warning education, and enforcement, successfully subduing and removing the "threatening individual" from the scene. The entire operation was conducted in a standardized manner, with rapid response and excellent teamwork.[/FONT]
