The Shengtian Lake Scenic Area will be closed from December 23. Tourists who have purchased tickets online can refund their tickets through the original ticket purchase channels.
Guanquelou Scenic Area, Pujiu Temple Scenic Area, Wulaofeng Scenic Area, and Pujindu Site Museum will be closed from the 24th, and the opening time will be notified separately.
From the 24th, Pingyao Ancient City will only retain the upper West Gate and Xiaonanmen tourist passages, and other tourist passages will be temporarily suspended. According to the research and judgment of provincial and municipal experts, the two areas in Jishan County where the asymptomatic infected person stayed for a long time have been identified as closed areas, the remaining 8 places have been identified as controlled areas, and the other areas in the two counties have been identified as preventive areas. As of 16:00 on the 24th, 55 close contacts, 218 second close contacts, 18 key personnel, and 2,467 “time-space companions” have been identified. The nucleic acid test results of the above personnel were all negative.
Jishan County and Xinjiang County carried out the first round of nucleic acid testing in the closed area, control area, and prevention area from the evening of December 23. Yuncheng coordinated the city’s prevention and control resources and organized 8 nucleic acid sampling teams to support nucleic acid testing in Jishan County and Xinjiang County.
As of 8 am on the 25th, nucleic acid samples were taken from 237,312 people in Jishan County and the test results were all negative; as of 10 am on the 25th, 241,854 people in Xinjiang County had nucleic acid samples and the test results were all negative.
