China NFPC announces 28 H7N9 bird flu cases, including 5 deaths, for January 2016 - dated February 3, 2016

We have 15 cases already posted for January. The above announcement confirms some earlier hints and tips of 28 total cases. I will add lines to our case list for the additional 13 cases. The Taiwan government announced that 3 total cases for January are from Fujian province. link
