China - National Health Commission cancels daily COVID-19 information release, says CDC will release "relevant" information - December 25, 2022

Alas
It seems that China National Health Commission has abandoned to release COVID-19's daily report to the citizens.
Is this due to the huge number of infected cases are reported to Beijing? If so, what media companies in US and Europe reported will be realized...
Japanese broad cast station NHK has also quote this.

It may imply "Zero-Covid Policy" of China has already collapsed.

从即日起,不再发布每日疫情信息,将由中国疾控中心发布相关疫情信息,供参考和研究使用。
Mechanical translation:
From now on, daily epidemic information will no longer be released, and relevant epidemic information will be released by the China Centers for Disease Control and Prevention for reference and research.

I moved a copy of this post from another section of the site to this thread and since I had already made the "anchor" post for the thread. This post lined up 2nd eventhough it was made hours before my post. It is a vbulletin thing.

Astonishing that so little direct information is available, everything is filtered and sanitized.
That suggests the system is still managing the surge. It probably will need to cope with another doubling in the case load. It would be helpful to identify what options there are to augment the existing fully loaded facilities.
