Recently, the Qingyuan Municipal Natural Resources Bureau issued the "Announcement on the Approval of the Planning Permit for the Meilin Lake Hospital Construction Project (including temporary construction)" and the "Pre-approval Notice of the Master Plan Design Plan for the New Qingyuan Qingxin District Taiping Hospital".
The "Announcement after the Approval of the Planning Permit for the Construction Project of Meilin Lake Hospital (including temporary construction)"shows that Meilin Lake Hospital is located in Hengkeng Village, Qixing Village Committee, Shijiao Town, Qingcheng District, Qingyuan City. It is planned to have 150 beds, 122 ground motor vehicle parking spaces, and 297 electric bicycle parking spaces.The "Pre-approval Public Notice of the Master Plan Design Plan for the New Qingyuan Qingxin District Taiping Hospital" shows that the total land area of Qingyuan Qingxin District Taiping Hospital is 29,914.57 square meters, the total construction area is 56,601.29 square meters, the gross floor area is 42,447.98 square meters, the non-gross floor area is 14,153.31 square meters, the floor area ratio is 1.42, the base area is 9,396.85 square meters, the building density is 31.41%, the total green area is 7,809.84 square meters, the greening rate is 26.11%, and the highest building height is 37.4 meters.
According to the announcement on the approval of environmental impact assessment documents for the new Qingyuan Qingxin District Taiping Hospital and other projects published on the Qingxin District People's Government website , the Qingxin District Taiping Hospital construction project is located in Shatang Village, Taiping Town, Qingxin District, Qingyuan City. The hospital has respiratory medicine, gastroenterology, neurology, cardiovascular medicine, endocrinology, general surgery, orthopedics, urology, gynecology, obstetrics, pediatrics, comprehensive traditional Chinese medicine, laboratory, pathology, medical imaging, functional department, comprehensive outpatient emergency, dentistry, etc., with a total of 217 beds and an estimated outpatient volume of 250,000 people per year.
