Predominately coastal, maybe we should be looking for a shore bird avian reservoir, but it does not explain how it gets into humans?

The map coloring can be misleading. Of the 38 cases in Zhejiang Province, 33 are from two metropolitan areas in the province, Hangzhou (25 cases) and Huzhou (8 cases).
