Influenza : Try to go to the hospital to get a certificate. If the hospital refuses to issue one, you can resume classes after the fever has subsided for 48 hours or the entire course of the illness has lasted for more than a week .
Mycoplasma pneumonia : Generally, the disease is highly contagious within one week, so resuming classes is not recommended ; classes can be resumed after the symptoms disappear after one week, but masks need to be worn to reduce contagiousness.
