?@?@June 15, 2016, the province confirmed case of human infection of H7N9 cases. The patient, male, 67 years old, Tiexi District, Shenyang City, a retired worker. Currently, provincial and municipal experts best for treatment, vital signs are stable and yet; has close contacts and co-exposure medical observation and implementation of those samples tested, currently in good health, without exception.

This is the 5th case so far in June and I believe the 1st reported, ever, case from Liaoning province:


#794 - Patient hospitalized in Tainjin with severe pneumonia, from Langfang, Hebei province

#795 - Patient hospitalized in Tainjin with severe pneumonia, Binhai, Tainjin municipality

#796 - Female, 68, hospitalized in Beijing in critical condition, from Langfang, Hebei province

#797 - FAO reported case June 14 in Nanjing, Jiangsu province

#798 - Male, 67, stable condition in Tiexi District, Shenyang City, Liaoning province

[TD="class: featurenormaltxt_en, width: 60%, align: left"] The Centre for Health Protection (CHP) of the Department of Health (DH) is today (June 17) closely monitoring the first human case of avian influenza A(H7N9) in Liaoning, and again urged the public to maintain strict personal, food and environmental hygiene both locally and during travel.
According to the Health and Family Planning Commission of Liaoning Province, the male patient aged 67 from Shenyang was in stable condition. Close contacts and those with the same exposure were put under medical observation with no abnormalities so far.
