卫生部通报，10月30日15时至11月2日15时，我国内地新增甲型H1N1流感确诊病例3767例，其中3例为境外输入性病例，3764例为境内感染病例。​

The Ministry of Health briefing, at 15 o'clock on October 30 to at 15 o'clock on November 2, China's mainland New Influenza H1N1 confirmed cases 3767 cases of influenza, of which 3 cases were outside the imported cases, 3764 cases of infection for the territory.

截止11月2日，我国内地31个省市自治区累计报告48748例甲型H1N1流感确诊病例，已治愈36309例。​

As of November 2, China's 31 mainland provinces and autonomous regions had reported 48,748 cases of Influenza A H1N1 influenza confirmed cases, 36,309 cases had been cured.

重症病例累计118例，已治愈34例，死亡7例。​

Severe cases total 118 cases have been cured 34 cases, 7 died.

Chinese mainland reports new death from A/H1N1 flu

URUMQI, Nov. 5 (Xinhua) -- A teenager in northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region died of A/H1N1 influenza Tuesday, after at least eight Chinese nationals had fallen victims to the virus on the mainland.

The 14-year-old school student surnamed Guo, of Fuyun County in Altay Prefecture, was treated at local clinics for a fever on Oct.30. He was transferred to the Fuyun People's Hospital Tuesday, but later died, said the regional health department.

Tests on Wednesday showed Guo died of A/H1N1, viral pneumonia and acute respiratory distress syndrome, the department said.

Eight deaths from A/H1N1 had earlier been reported from Beijing, Tibet, Qinghai, Xinjiang, Heilongjiang, Guangxi, Hunan and Zhejiang.

In the eighth case, a 60-year-old man in Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, died Tuesday as he was recovering from the flu two days after tests showed negative.

"The flu also worsened his heart disease, high blood pressure and chronic bronchitis which directly caused the death," said Ma Weihang, deputy head of Zhejiang Provincial Health Department.

A 32-year-old Russian man died of the virus in Beijing Monday. He arrived from Russia on Oct. 28 by air and went to hospital on Sunday with severe breathing difficulties and other symptoms.

HOHHOT, Nov. 6 (Xinhua) -- The Chinese mainland reported one more death from A/H1N1 flu Friday after at least 12 people had fallen victim to the disease, authorities said.

The new death case, reported in northern China's Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, was a 65-year-old woman named Zhao Xiuqin.

She was hospitalized at noon on Monday in Ulanqad city and was tested A/H1N1 positive. She died at around 1:10 p.m. Thursday, after developing complications involving other conditions, including tracheitis, cardio-vascular disease and kidney disfunction.

Twelve deaths from A/H1N1 have been reported from Beijing, Tibet, Qinghai, Xinjiang, Heilongjiang, Guangxi, Hunan, Zhejiang, Hebei, Ningxia and Gansu.

China's Ministry of Health on Thursday stressed that local medical institutions and schools should not charge students for A/H1N1 flu vaccine inoculations.

The government has announced that students, medical staff, public servants and elderly people can receive free A/H1N1 flu vaccines.

The first country to issue a production license for A/H1N1 vaccines, China had inoculated more than 3.78 million people as of Oct. 31, with no reports of serious adverse reaction, according to the Health Ministry.

As of Wednesday, more than 51,490 confirmed A/H1N1 flu cases had been reported on the Chinese mainland, 38,644 of whom had recovered. Among the 153 serious cases, 110 were still in hospital, the ministry said.
