Chinese navy frigate crosses Suez Canal for Libya evacuation​

</td> </tr> </tbody></table> ABOARD FRIGATE XUZHOU, Feb. 28 (Xinhua) -- A Chinese navy frigate, which had been on an escort mission in the Aden Gulf, passed through Egypt's Suez Canal into the Mediterranean Sea on Sunday.
The frigate, the Xuzhou, is expected to reach waters close to Libya on Wednesday to provide support and protection for the ships evacuating Chinese nationals from Libya.

There are about 30,000 Chinese to be evacuated. This article shows that foreign workers in Libya come from: China, Thailand, Zambia, Syria, Turkey, Germany, Britain, Poland, Romania, Denmark, Bulgaria, Croatia, South Korea, & Australia.
