Recently, a group of more than 300 cats that were illegally transported from Guangdong to Hainan will be intercepted by the Haikou Detachment of the Coastal Police Corps of the Hainan Provincial Public Security Bureau. Among them, 32 cats have died in transit due to their physical condition, and the rest were rescued 275. The cat was subsequently placed in the Hainan Provincial Small Animal Protection Association. At present, the association is intensively diverting some healthy or injured cats to the home of socially caring people, while the more severe cats are sent to major pet hospitals for treatment.
