Strictly enter and leave Beijing to manage three types of epidemic-related personnel
On June 16, the city's emergency response level was raised from level 3 to level 2. Beijing has proposed measures and requirements for further strict management of exits from Beijing.

It mainly includes three types of personnel: one is the city's confirmed cases, suspected cases, close contacts, asymptomatic infections and fever symptoms. Resolutely manage the
five major measures for exiting Beijing:
1. The civil aviation and railway departments have imposed restrictions on ticket purchases for confirmed cases, suspected cases, close contacts, asymptomatic infections, and those who have entered and exited the wholesale market of the new place and have had close contact with market staff since May 30.
2. Civil aviation and railway departments conduct temperature tests and check nucleic acid test negative certificates before boarding and boarding. Passengers who have purchased tickets for entering and leaving Beijing and trains before 24 o'clock on June 16 can go through the procedures of change and refund for free.

5. Beijing has strengthened information communication with other provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities, strengthened joint prevention and joint control to ensure that risk personnel can be traced, managed and controlled.
Eight measures for community prevention and control under the second-level response: community closure, management and control of entering Beijing, and hotel accommodation measures
First, strengthen the closed management of the community (village). Restore all community bayonet settings, implement 24-hour duty, strictly implement temperature control, verification, code verification, registration and other prevention and control measures at the entrances and exits. Residents of the community rely on electronic access control, face recognition, electronic passes or enter and exit the community with access cards.
The communities under the jurisdiction of low-risk streets (townships), express delivery, takeout, housekeeping, decoration, moving, housing intermediary and other life service personnel and other outsiders can only enter after holding Beijing Healthbao "no abnormalities" and registering.
In areas under the jurisdiction of medium and high-risk streets (towns), outsiders and vehicles are prohibited from entering.
The second is to implement closed management in key areas of medium and high-risk streets (towns). For units with more than two households in the same unit in a medium-risk street (township) community, a community with an outbreak in a high-risk street (township), and a community around the high-risk area that is indeed necessary after evaluation, all persons are required to be closed. Observing at home, you can only get in and out, and the community (village) should do its utmost to provide residents with daily life services.
After special personnel such as medical treatment due to illness are tested for nucleic acid and the result is negative, after registering with the community (village) for the record, the necessary protective measures are taken to allow entry and exit of the community. Students who take important examinations such as the middle school and college entrance examinations shall follow the relevant regulations of the school working group.
The third is strict control of high-risk personnel. All close contacts in our city will be subject to 14 days of concentrated observation and two nucleic acid tests. After being diagnosed and cured in our city, the discharged patients will continue to observe for 14 days. All the people who have been to the Xinfadi market since May 30 (inclusive) were tested for nucleic acids and observed at home for 14 days.
High-risk persons such as confirmed cases, suspected cases, patients with fever symptoms, and close contacts are not allowed to enter Beijing.
Fourth, strengthen the management of public places in the community (village). Close all kinds of public places such as cultural and sports activity rooms and recreation rooms in the community. Residents within the jurisdiction shall not gather or get together, and gathering activities are prohibited.
Strengthen body temperature detection and identification of all units (school nursery institutions, office buildings, etc.) in the communities under the jurisdiction of medium-risk streets (towns), prohibit the entry of outsiders, lower the office building to the post rate, and encourage remote office and home office. Various management places such as hotels, restaurants, supermarkets, small stores, etc. have adopted control measures such as temperature measurement, code inspection, registration, and current limiting. The units and locations where the epidemic occurred have been suspended, suspended, and suspended from school as appropriate.

Fifth,

Sixth, strict control of personnel entering (returning to) Beijing in medium and high risk areas. For people entering (returning to) Beijing in middle and high-risk areas, strengthen information monitoring, front-end control and closed-loop management, and continue to stay in the community (village) for 14 days of home or concentrated observation, and implement nucleic acid detection "exhaustive inspection".
Seventh, strict registration management of personnel entering (returning to) Beijing in low-risk areas For people entering (returning) Beijing in low-risk areas, staying in the community (village) will continue to request the "Beijing Heart Help" mini-program, do a good job in registration management, and report in time if there are any abnormal health conditions.
Eighth, strict hotel health management. The hotel does not accept people entering (returning to) Beijing from middle, high-risk areas of other provinces, regions and cities within 14 days. Wuhan personnel entering (returning to) Beijing must have a negative nucleic acid test certificate to stay in the hotel. Persons entering (returning) to Beijing in low-risk areas may stay in hotels and hotels with Beijing Health Bao "No abnormalities".
From now on, Beijing's bus and subway full load rates will be adjusted to 90% and 80% respectively
