Case1:
Name: Wei Xianling,
Sex/Age: Female, 37 years old,
Job: Waiting for the job at her home (means she is jobless at present)
Address: ShuangFeng Industrial Park, Changfeng, Hefei city
Onset date: around 17:00 on12th Dec. 2016
symptom at onset: pyrexia, tightness in the chest, dyspnea appeared.
Clinic/Hospital: went to Private clinic and Shuangfeng Hospital
Diagnosed as: ?pneumonia & respiratory decline? and got transfusion at the hospital, however, since the symptom got worth, was transferred to Anhui No2. Province People's Hospital (This is their proper name of 安徽省第二医院 based on their Home Page)'s ER dept.
2ndly Diagnosed as: severe pneumonia and transferred to Infectious disease section to treat her.
Temperature at this stage: 39.2 degree.
due to Coughing accompanied by difficulty in breathing and low SaO2, she was transferred to ICU. stable vital signs at present (on Dec.22 base).
Exposure to Live birds: Often visited to the market to buy meat/vegetables, further more, there is a family who is raising chickens on the flower below.
As a first step, Patient's family (2) and medical staffs are now waiting the result of exam.
Case2:
Name: Yan GuangHui,
Sex/Age: Male, 66 years old,
Job: retired
Address: Lu Yang district, Hefei city, Anhui
Onset date: around 20:00 on 16th Dec. 2016
Symptom at onset: appeared clear torpor, and then due to 38-degree-fever, sputum & Hemoptysis,
He went to the "Han XXX Qing Clinic" located at his place at 17:10 of Dec. 17. for medical treatment
Though, his symptom was heavy, he could not get treatment, and he went to Anhui No2. Province People's Hospital (This is their proper name of 安徽省第二医院 based on their Home Page)'s ER dept. X-ray showed he was "pneumonia".
19:06 he was hospitalized at General practice ward.
Afterwards, as he had underlying diseases such as high blood pressure and diabetes, he was transferred to kidney medical ward.
He, however, as his pheumonia got worse on the morning of 19th, he was transferred to ICU again.
He is serious condition at present (On the reported date base)
