Recently, Rongcheng Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital conducted an emergency drill for pneumonia of unknown cause. This drill is based on the principle of "scientific standardization, rapid response, and effective prevention and control". It aims to test the overall response ability of the hospital in dealing with respiratory infectious diseases such as pneumonia of unknown cause by simulating real scenarios. The drill was personally deployed by Vice President Bi Xudong, the commander-in-chief, and multiple departments such as the emergency command team and the medical treatment team participated in the drill. The drill simulated the scene of two patients with fever, cough, and difficulty breathing coming for treatment for unknown reasons. From pre-examination and triage to fever clinic reception, and then to patient transfer and isolation treatment, the whole process was carried out strictly in accordance with the emergency plan and procedures.
During the drill, all departments responded quickly and cooperated well, and the medical staff had a strong sense of protection and standardized operations, fully demonstrating the hospital's efficient organization and professional capabilities in responding to public health emergencies. Through this drill, Rongcheng Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital further optimized the prevention and control process of respiratory infectious diseases, improved the emergency response capabilities of medical staff, and laid a solid foundation for responding to similar public health emergencies in the future. The hospital will continue to strengthen emergency drills and training to ensure that it can provide patients with timely and effective treatment at critical moments and protect the lives and health of the people.
