National Health Commission: 28 new confirmed cases yesterday, all imported from abroad
Beijing News Express According to the National Health Commission, 31 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities) and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported 28 new confirmed cases from 0-24 o'clock on October 23, all of which were imported cases (9 in Shanghai) , 9 cases in Guangdong, 3 cases in Tianjin, 3 cases in Shaanxi, 2 cases in Beijing, 2 cases in Fujian); no new deaths; no new suspected cases.
On the same day, 11 new cases were cured and discharged, and 885 close contacts were released from medical observation. The severe cases were the same as the previous day.
There are 254 confirmed cases imported from abroad (including 2 severe cases), and 5 suspected cases. A total of 3,213 confirmed cases, a total of 2,959 cured and discharged cases, and no deaths.
As of 24:00 on October 23, according to reports from 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, there are 265 confirmed cases (including 3 severe cases), 80,876 cured and discharged cases, and 4,634 deaths.
