The meeting emphasized that the post-flood period has now entered, and we must continue to focus on various flood prevention and defense work. The water levels of the Nenjiang, Songhuajiang, Heilongjiang and other major rivers in the northeast are still over-alarm or over-protection. We must further strengthen the inspection and defense of dikes. , Yunnan, Guangxi and other southwestern regions continue to rain, and we must effectively deal with heavy rainfall.
At present, the Ministry of Water Resources maintains a level IV emergency response for flood and drought disaster prevention, and there are still two working groups in Heilongjiang Province to assist and guide flood prevention work.
