China - 1 new H7N9 avian flu case in Sichuan province - April 12, 2017

A human H7N9 AIV case reported in Chuanshan district of Suining city of Sichuan province on 7th,April. The 48-year-old male patient, surname Teng, lived in Chuanshan district of Suining city, was in stable condition and remained in hospital for treatment. No close contacts showed ILI symptoms so far.

Patient is;
Surname: Teng
Sex: Male
Age: 48 years old
Residential area: Chuanshan district, Suining city
Current situation: Mild.

Apr. 8, Anyue county of Ziyang city confirmed a case of H7N9.
Patient is ;
Surname: Long
Sex: Female
Age: 50 years old
Residential Area: Gaosheng town of Anyue, Ziyang city
Occupation: Farmer
Current situation: Critical

Both are in hospital for treatment.
Close contacts are under medical monitoring, however, no ILI symptoms shown now.
Up to Apr. 12, 17:00, Sichuan province reported 13 cases; 4 has been discharged, 6 died, 3 are in hospital.

CDC confirmed by assay reviewed province, 4 Yue 7 days, ship mountain Suining City confirmed 1 Li H7N9 cases, patients Teng Moumou, male, 48 years old, who lives in Suining City boat mountain, in a stable condition. 4 Yue 8 days, Ziyang Anyue diagnosed 1 Li H7N9 cases, patients dragon certain, female, 50 -year-old farmer, who lives in Anyue County soaring Township, in critical condition. At present, the two patients hospitalized, close contact with the medical observation were not abnormal.
As of 4 Yue 12 Ri 17 , the province reported a total H7N9 cases, 13 cases were cured 4 patients died 6 patients hospitalized 3 cases.
