Guizhou reported an H7N9 Avian-flu in Qiandongnan
Guizhou provincial HFPC
On Mar. 6, 2017, while the prefecture's medical/health organization is enhancing unexplained pneumonia surveillance, a new H7N9 case was detected as H7N9 positive in Taijiang county, Qiangdongnan Miao and Dong autonomous prefecture.
Their test result was confirmed by Guizhou Center for Disease Control and prevention (CDC).
Considering the Lab's testing result and clinical expert's diagnosis, the patient was confirmed as a human H7N9 AIV case.
