Within a week, 10 more deaths are confirmed chikungunya in PE
In all, state already reached 46 deaths from the disease.
Still others were recorded 26 deaths from dengue.
In one week, more were confirmed ten deaths by chikungunya in Pernambuco . According to report released by the State Department of Health (SES) on Tuesday (16), the state now has 46 deaths whose laboratory results were positive for the disease. In all, 79 deaths from diseases transmitted by Aedes aegypti confirmed this year.
The capital of Pernambuco has the largest number of deaths from chikungunya in Pernambuco. Between 3 January and 13 August were recorded only 17 deaths in Recife . Other deaths were recorded in the municipalities of Abreu e Lima , Afogados da Ingazeira , Calves , Good Counsel , Cabo de Santo Agostinho , Camaragibe , Escada , Goiana , Igarassu , Jaboat?o dos Guararapes , Jo?o Alfredo , Lemon Tree , Nazar? da Mata , Olinda , Paulista , S?o Caetano , Timba?ba , Toritama and Vitoria de Santo Antao .

In all, 20,677 have been confirmed cases of chikungunya in the state. For the same disease were recorded 50,305 suspected cases from January until the last Saturday (13). In the case of dengue were 96,293 notices and 25,433 confirmations of the disease. The SES also adopted in the same period, 10,809 notifications and 147 confirmations of cases of zika in Pernambuco.

Microcephaly
were confirmed 378 cases of microcephaly since August 1, 2015 until the last Saturday (13). Other 308 cases are under investigation and 1337 had ruled the malformation during exams. In the same period, the Secretariat also notified 85 deaths - six more than the previous week. Among these cases, 79 remain under investigation and another four were confirmed with microcephaly linked to the virus zika. Still, the folder makes it clear that none of the cases had the malformation as the underlying cause of death.
