most provinces had less than 25% of
Sonora,Colima,Nayarit,Baja_C.Sur,Tlaxcala,Queretaro,Yucatan,Aguascalientes,San_Luis_Potosi
(Durango,Hidalgo,Nuevo_Leon medium)
but ~25% of Mexicans have been infected already according to the latest estimate,
so in these 9 provinces we must be close to 100% infected ...
