it’s a first hand report of the initial stages of Wuhan outbreak. A compilation of many social media vids and reports and speckled with Ausie expert analysis. It’s remarkable for Proof of the extremely aggressive quarantine measures, like welding apartment doors shut, collecting bodies from sidewalks, and forceably carrying victims into paddy wagons.
