I doubt we'll have anything immediately for 2019-nCoV, but perhaps CDC will at some point. This looks at the receptors for HCoV-OC43 vs BCoV and CRCoV. I've not seen anything on antigenic immunity - there was none with H5N1, which bore directly on successive waves.I know it's too soon, we tracked HPAI for years and I think we're around a month now, maybe a bit over.
