MONTREAL ? Passengers who borrowed two buses linking Toronto and Montreal between August 20 and August 23 are known to occur with public health authorities in Quebec.
The Ministry of Health and Social Services has indeed been informed recently that a person unaware that she was suffering from tuberculosis had made two trips to several hours by bus between Montreal and Toronto, via Kingston, with the Megabus company...
... since the contact list is partial, public health authorities invite uncontacted passengers to submit quickly to the TB test to determine if they have acquired the infection even if they have no symptoms...
...Passengers affected can contact 811 or toll free 1-844-817-0200 costs. This latest phone line is available for all of Canada round the clock seven days a week.
