Can this death be confirmed?

While doing some research on another topic about H1N1 in canada, I was at a site that had news about a death in my home province of saskatchewan. I always like to read the remarks and this one disturbed me, I didn't know if it was true or not but decided to see if I could find out if this lady was telling the truth. After skimming through the deaths here I can't seem to find this young girl. Does anyone know about this???

it must be related to this thread.. http://www.flutrackers.com/forum/showthread.php?t=123576&highlight=santa+clara
