Monkeypox : Public Health authorities preempt an outbreak in the East Region

This campaign comes after the death of a child was reported in the Ayos District hospital on January 9, 2020.
In a press release signed on January 13, 2020 by the Regional Delegate of Health for the East Region, Public Health authorities of three targeted health districts ; Abongbang, Ngulemendouka, and Messamena have been told to be on alert .
The heads of these health districts are also required to submit daily reports to the Centre for the Prevention, and Fight Against Epidemics...
