County health officials are investigating the source of an E. coli outbreak that has so far affected four people?three of whom live in Tiburon.
The source of the infections has yet to be identified?but the three Tiburon patients were likely exposed between Sept. 11 to 15, according to the county Department of Health and Human Services. The fourth patient is from Inverness. HHS officials are investigating whether the cases might be linked to cases outside of Marin or share a common source...
