Rabies prevention in Ouagadougou: Ouidi district under high surveillance

Due to the infection, the Ouidi district of Ouagadougou is now "under the surveillance of the services of the Provincial Directorate of Agriculture, Animal Resources and Fisheries of Kadiogo " , indicates the terms of the press release.
The neighborhood has become a sequestration zone, in order to stop the spread of the disease. Measures are taken to prevent the spread of the disease. All dogs, cats and monkeys are sequestered for 2 months. Their movement is prohibited, from June 15 to July 15 except those kept on a leash by their owners.
