A hospital has quarantined and tested a patient for Ebola after he arrived at a hospital with early signs of the disease.

The man, who has a history of travelling to Africa, has been admitted to Hereford County Hospital with a fever and diarrhoea ? early symptoms of the deadly disease.

The unnamed man arrived at the hospital last night and was quarantined.

Public Health England (PHE), who is carrying out the tests, said the man was being tested ?as a precaution?, and they expect test results to show the man is not infected.
