Health Department confirms four deaths from H1N1 in Rio Preto

Catanduva has another death from H1N1 and 1 more suspicious

State of SP records 91 deaths and 715 cases of H1N1 this year


Statement released yesterday (15) by the Ministry of Health of S?o Paulo reports that earlier this year to last Tuesday (12), 886 cases of Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS) attributed to influenza virus were recorded in all the state of S?o Paulo, with 715 of them related to H1N1. Of these, 96 resulted in death, 91 of them from H1N1.


Last year, the state recorded 342 cases of SARS, most of them (190), related to H3N2, other viruses. Of the 65 deaths from SARS in S?o Paulo in 2015, 28 were related to H3N2.

Jacarei confirmed death from H1N1 flu


The confirmed case of H1N1 in Jacarei, is a woman over 60 years. She came to death last week after 17 days hospitalized in hospital privada.A confirmation of the case network was made by private laboratory and endorsed by the State Government. According to the Municipal Department of Health, the patient had other health problems, which worsened the situation.
