Man dies with suspicion of H1N1 in Leopoldina
A patient admitted to the Leopoldinense Charity House (CCL) died early Thursday afternoon (3) on suspicion of H1N1 Influenza, a disease caused by the H1N1 Influenza A virus. According to the information obtained by the report, the patient was 36 years old, worked as a taxi driver and would have traveled with his family to spend the holiday in Vit?ria - ES, where he would have arrived feeling bad, returning to Leopoldina. With difficulty walking and breathing, the patient entered the CCL at 08:14 on Wednesday (2). The case would have rapidly evolved into an Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS).
