The consortium of news outlets released a new survey of the situation of the coronavirus pandemic in Brazil based on data from the state health departments, consolidated at 8 pm on Friday (21).

The country recorded 1,031 deaths from Covid-19 confirmed in the last 24 hours, reaching a total of 113,454 deaths. As a result, the moving average of new deaths in Brazil in the last 7 days was 983 deaths, a variation of -1% compared to data recorded in 14 days.

In confirmed cases, there are already 3,536,488 Brazilians with the new coronavirus since the beginning of the pandemic, 31,391 of which were confirmed on the last day. The moving average of cases was 36,799 per day, a variation of -15% in relation to cases registered in 14 days.
