Boxun's Chinese news website has been under serious DDoS attack in the last two weeks. The attack resumed today after silent for a few days.
The attack is so intense that it blocks normal visit. The log shows thousands of IPs sending requests at the same time. Some are TCP Flood (use faked IPs), some are from real PCs. Those IPs are from countries outside China. This scale of attack must NOT be done by individuals as it demands large amount of human resource and money.
The attackers also use another strategy to create trouble for Boxun, they use TCP Flood technique to attack other network by faking Boxun's IP. This can make hosting provider stop the service. We have explained the situation, thus this does not take effect.
