By Bill Novak | Madison.com An avian influenza quarantine in Juneau County has been lifted after no new detections were found the past month, but state officials say it's not time to think the bird flu crisis has passed.
This is the first lifting of the H5N2 bird flu quarantine in Wisconsin; nine sites in three counties are still under quarantine....
