Typhoid fever claims three lives

Siwan, Aug 20 (PTI) Three sisters of a poverty-stricken family died of typhoid at Rahimpur village in Bihar's Siwan district, official sources said today. Nikki (11), Pinki (9) and Rinki (7), daughters of Jhulena Bhar, were suffering from typhoid fever for the past fortnight, died during the last two days, the sources said . Their brother four-year-old Bablu was sent to Gorakhpur for treatment following deterioration of his health, they said.
