While the spread into new countries by migratory birds flying south was covered and the one dead UK swan was covered ad nauseam other coverage has been at a very low level (buried in the regional pages and not on the headline news page and absent from radio and TV news bulletins).
This report - and its TV and radio counterparts ? focus on tacit WHO admission of H2H transmission and are more urgent in nature. While I take issue with a number of the ?facts? within it, it will wake up a lot of the lay public; which can?t be a bad thing.
