Manama, April 21 / us / HE Dr. Juma Al Kaabi, Minister of Municipal Affairs and Agriculture Ministry that is to take all measures aimed at the protection and safety of citizens and residents of various animal diseases, notably avian flu, and the Kingdom of Bahrain and the grace of God free of the disease .
The Minister in his statement that the ministry is moving forward to take all measures aimed at protecting human health and the environment, including the implementation of measures to allow the various animals and birds, including hawks in strict accordance with the provisions of the law of quarantine and veterinary inspectors and veterinarians are continuing to check the quality of all the animals and birds in addition to the hawks and by including various types of quarries as veterinary regulations, where attention was concerned to ensure that such birds from any disease.
And that the Department of Livestock and the continuing campaigns to monitor the inspection of any animals or birds without a permit by the Ministry called on the citizens who have any kind of bird species that have not been subjected to the veterinary quarantine law procedures to review the management of livestock agriculture for registration in accordance with the procedures and regulations in this particular, at the same time stressing that the ministry will take all legal measures against violators.
The minister added that the ministry is keen on cooperation with international organizations and the sister of the joint and continue through the reporting system early in order to achieve better coordination of entry contributes to the fight against these diseases in the country.
Kaabi and the tireless efforts of the Ministry through the National Committee to combat bird flu entering the country had led the country free from the disease, and the ministry and guidance of the wise leadership is determined to continue to take all measures necessary to protect human health and the environment.
