UNIONTOWN, Pa. -- The Pennsylvania Department of Health has confirmed a second swine flu death in a southwestern Pennsylvania county.

The Fayette County Coroner's Office said a 5-month-old girl from the Uniontown area died on Nov. 9. The official cause of death was pneumonia, but the death was directly related to the H1N1 virus, according to the coroner.

This report is confusing to me. There are contradictions in the report:

The official cause of death was pneumonia, but the death was directly related to the H1N1 virus, according to the coroner.

Uniontown police said this case is under investigation but it's not related to the swine flu.
