We do not allow avatars on the site which are the symbols of organizations unless the participant can prove authorization by that organization to use that symbol on FluTrackers.

Ok Sharon!

My avatar is a diesel loco so at least in this case should't have problems...

...but if you magnifying image you will also be able to see a LOGO in both sides of the loco: BNSF, Burlington Santa Fe Railroad... If you want I change this avatar with another loco ...

There is a real civil war in the US between the "haves" and "have nots" in which the internet is caught in the middle.

Many are upset about the power of the internet and the emerging voice of the people expressed and widely disseminated.

They are using the legal system to attack freedom of speech on the internet.
