Cases: 18 Fatalities: 0 Outbreak: 10/06/2010 Fatalities: 11/06/2010 Population: 15723
Notes: The whole area of Dhalpur PHC is situated near river Pichala. Source of water of this river is from State Arunachal Pradesh, So, the river water is covered whole field area in this rainy season. The age group of 30 to 40 yts. is highly affected.The age group of affected people are as follows... 1 --- 10 yts.: 3 nos. 10 ---- 20 yrs.: 3 nos. 20----- 30 yrs.: 3 nos. 30 ---- 40 yrs: 5 nos. 40 ----- 50 yrs : 1 no. 50 ------ 60 yrs: 3 nos. 6 water samples collected in H2S Strips test for fecal contemination. Results awaited. 1. Epidemiologist, Lakhimpur and DPM, NRHM, Lakhimpur visited the affected area. 2. Health Worker visited to house hold survey for active surveillance. 3. IEC is imparted. Investigation Open Most people believe in traditional treatment. So, They are not interested to come to the health institutions.

Notes: All reported cases are Widal Positive(Significant) and test are done at Bengenagorah CHC lab. 1.MO, ic Bengenagorah BPHC visited the affected areas. 2.Medical camps organized in the affected villages. 3.The health workers mobilized for active search of new case. 4.Halogen tablets area supplied to the people of the affected villages. 5.PHE Deptt visited the affected areas and collected water samples of every five household for examination in H2S kit. 6.IEC imparted Investigation Open Most of the patients are at recovery stage.
