Leaders from ASEAN countries and the two partners in Australia-a and New Zealand agreed to strengthen cooperation in the field of human resource development through the promotion of cooperation as well as prevention and education against the diseases such as HIV / AIDS, SARS, bird flu, influenza A (H1N1).
