Health agencies investigate Norovirus infection at Sunrise

WHITE MOUNTAINS ? Sunrise Park Resort is working with federal, state, county and tribal agencies investigating a reported illness from customers visiting the resort last weekend. Preliminary investigations ruled out food and water sources as the cause and suggest the illness is a Norovirus infection, a very contagious virus.

The Norovirus was likely brought to the ski area by an outside individual or group and spread by close contact at the ski area.
