A young man believed to be infected with Hanta
The boy was transferred from Villa La Angostura Neuqu?n in a drug induced coma and mechanical ventilation. Awaiting results to confirm or exclude the disease.
A 23-year-old from Villa la Angostura is hospitalized in critical condition following a severe respiratory symptoms that could be a derivation of Hantavirus, a disease that usually attacks in the mountainous area and whose origin is linked to matter rodent droppings.
This is Luis Vazquez, a boy who is part of the football team Club Deportivo Villa La Angostura and also serves on temporary jobs such as masonry and clearing the land. Particularly in some of these tasks is believed that the young man may have contracted the dangerous disease.
