It is hard to find something if you are not actually looking for.

I was at XXXXX (PA) Hospital this week. No masks. I don't remember seeing any hand sanitizer either. Any mention of the flu was fluffed off. I asked a receptionist in her office in the hospital if they were checking for swine flu. She called to a nurse who said "no". She was more concerned about her personal problems than the flu. Another I talked to referred to it as "Thinning of the herd". No I'm not joking.
