Arbovirus infections in Europe: Equine and human cases of WNV as of 27 Oct per ECDC

5 new confirmed cases of WNV in humans (1 in France, 1 in Italy, 2 in Romania, and 1 in Serbia) reported bringing the total to 265 cases with a total of 24 deaths. In addition, 10 new confirmed equine infections (1 in Greece, 4 in Spain and 5 in Italy) have been reported, bringing he total to 122 cases.
