During the last ten years we have seen some really egregious events. Some we have documented and some we have not.
There are ongoing wars all over the world. Horrendous things are happening right now as you read this. Recently several MSF hospitals were bombed. A few countries are expanding into their neighbors' yards provoking tensions. Murder and rape are common in some conflict-torn regions.
And what happens about these actions? Nothing. No one is ever held accountable. Greed prevails and the world's citizens are held hostage - paying with their lives.
Today another unspeakable crime against humanity was committed in Brussels, Belgium. Innocent people were murdered as they went about their daily lives.
And for what? Nothing,
This criminal act will not achieve any of the goals of the perpetrators. They will not win the hearts and minds of the world with their barbaric acts.
We offer our condolences to all those affected by today's inhumane acts all over the world. To our friends in Brussels - our thoughts are with you.
