أنفلونزا الخنازير خرجت عن سيطرة وزارة الصحة كتبت هند عادل وجاكلين منير ومعتز الشربينى وماجد الإمام وأيمن حسنين
أعلنت غرف المتابعة ومديريات الصحة بمحافظات الغربية والإسكندرية ودمياط والمنوفية اليوم، الخميس، عن التأكد من إصابة 17 حالة بأنفلونزا الخنازير والاشتباه فى إصابة 36 آخرين بنفس المرض.
فى الغربية صرح الدكتور شريف حمودة وكيل وزارة الصحة بالغربية، أنه تم عزل 26 تلميذاً بمدارس المحافظة ومنحهم إجازة إجبارية لمدة 10 أيام بمنازلهم بعد ظهور أعراض مشابهة لأعراض مرض أنفلونزا الخنازير عليهم والتنبيه عليهم بالتوجه لأقرب مستشفى حميات أو صدر فى حالة تدهور حالتهم.
من ناحية أخرى، تم احتجاز حالتين جديدتين بمستشفى صدر طنطا والمنشاوى العام للاشتباه فى إصابتهما بمرض أنفلونزا الخنازير وهم حنان على غلوش ممرضة من قرية برمة مركز طنطا بصدر طنطا ويسرى سالم الشطورى (28 سنة) من قرية منية أبيار مركز كفر الزيات بمستشفى المنشاوى.
كما احتجز مستشفى حميات طنطا ثلاث حالات أخرى للاشتباه فى إصابتهم بمرض أنفلونزا الطيور، بينهم طفلان، وهم محمد إسماعيل جاب الله عام وشهرين من عزبة حميدة التابعة لقرية كتامة ومحمد عبد الحميد عبد الله (35 سنة) بدون عمل من عزبة شعيب مركز زفتى وسلطان محمد فتوح (3 سنوات) بقرية شونى مركز طنطا.
تم احتجاز الحالات بعد ظهور أعراض المرض عليهم وأخذ مسحة حلق وعينة دم وإرسالها للمعامل المركزية لبيان مدى إصابتهم بالمرض من عدمه ووضع المخالطين لهم تحت المراقبة الطبية المستمرة.
وفى الإسكندرية أعلنت غرفة متابعة الأنفلونزا المستجدة التابعة لمحافظة الإسكندرية عن ظهور 17 حالة بالإسكندرية معظمها لطلاب المدارس، حيث احتجز مستشفى الحميات معلمة بمدرسة بايونير الدولية، وطالب بالمدرسة الألمانية التابعة لمجموعة مدارس المستقبل للغات التابعة لإدارة المنتزه التعليمية وطفلة بمدرسة الألمانية الجديدة وسيدة 33 عاماً والدة الطالب بالمدرسة الألمانية وأخرى 43 عاماً بمنطقة سموحة التابعة لحى شرق.
كما احتجز مستشفى الحميات طالب بالصف الرابع الابتدائى وآخر بنفس الفصل والمدرسة ومندوب مبيعات 39 عاماً قادم من السعودية و أنسة 21 عام مخالطة لطالب بالاعدادى بمدرسة بايونير وآنسة أخرى 14 عاماً وطالب بمدرسة الفيوتشير بالصف الأول الإعدادى وطالب بالصف الأول الثانوى بمدرسة جمال عبد الناصر.
فيما تم احتجاز طالب بالصف السادس الابتدائى بمدرسة الأميرات للغات التابعة لإدارة المنتزه التعليمية وسيدة 33 عاماً بمدرسة المحروسة التابعة لاادرة شرق التعليمية وطالب بالصف الاول الثانوى بالمدرسة المصرية الإنجليزية وطالب بمدرسة الفيوتشير وطالب بالصف الخامس الابتدائى بالمدرسة المصرية الإنجليزية وجميع الحالات تحت العلاج وجارى اتخاذ كافى إجراءات التطهير وغلق الفصول بالمدارس المصابة.
وفى دمياط تلقت غرفة العمليات المركزية إشارة من مديرية الصحة تفيد بظهور أول حالتين لأنفلونزا الخنازير بقرية الشعراء، حيث أصيب الأخويان بالمرحلة الابتدائية محمد وأية هانى عبد الحميد عزمى الأول بمدرسة سعد الأسمر والثانية بمدرسة الشعراء
انتقل إلى المدرستين سعيد أبو الفتوح وكيل وزارة التعليم بدمياط وياسر الديب وكيل المديرية وصلاح الدين أبو العطا مدير عام الصحة وأحمد حشمت سكرتير عام المحافظة وتم إجراء حالة تطهير شامل للمدرستين وإغلاق الفصلين لمدة 15 يوماً واحتجاز الحالتين بمستشفى الصدر بدمياط وثبت أن والدة الحالتين تعمل ممرضة، وهناك احتمال فى أن تكون سبب نقل العدوى إليهما.
وفى المنوفية احتجز مستشفى حميات منوف ثلاث حالات جديدة للاشتباه فى إصابتها بمرض الخنازير وصرح بذلك الدكتور هشام عطا وكيل وزارة الصحة بالمنوفية أن الحالة الأولى لمعيد بكلية التربية الرياضية جامعة رفضت المستشفى ذكر سمه بناءً على رغبته والثانى عبد التواب محمد النجار (50 سنة) نجار ومقيم ببهواش مركز منوف وأخيراً ربة منزل تدعى عزة صلاح أحمد ومقيمة بمدينة أشمون.
وأضاف عطا أنه تم الكشف عليه وأُخِذَ عينة من الحالات وأخذ مسحة من الحلق وأرسالها إلى معامل الوزارة بالقاهرة وإعطاؤها العلاج المناسب ومتابعة حالتها لمدة 10 أيام.
