Week 21:
Spike in ILI in above report apparently due to reporting lag. ILI shows decrease in weeks 19 and 20, then a slight increase in week 21 NOTE: Influenza-like-illness (ILI) surveillance reporting has concluded for the 2010-2011 season. Reporting will begin again in early October.

Influenza B and A(2009 H1N1) detected in week 19.

Here's a current %ILI chart from the website linked above.

I couldn't find any data that would indicate what is causing the increased %ILI.
