I had problems either yesterday or the day before in the morning. The page wouldn't load; all other sites I visited loaded fine.

Today there was/are intermitent connection/freezing problems with the FT site, at the same time when other New Zealand/Aussi web sites can be accessed.

for me too. I had some problems occasionally the weeks before :
the first try gave an error, but when I try again, it finally worked.

But not so yesterday, ~2hours before my post (I don't know
about earlier) until that post
so 5AM-7AM , post was 7:10AM in my timeframe

I just deleted my PMs (box was 99% full)

access seems to be faster now, no more failures.

Has anyone experienced the same ?

I had a lot of problems yesterday morning (early) and I don't have many pm's stored.

Front page wouldn't open, latest posts wouldn't open then pages wouldn't open. Other forums were ok. I assumed the forum was undergoing some type of maintenance.

There are some troubles with cookies that seem to don't store correctly my passage into various pages of the forum.

That might be from some code in a post related to the pictures. Maybe Sally or mod tech can fix it later tonight.

While scrolling through the 2nd page of that thread, I had a radio station pop-up. That may be the cookie source. I'll try to find and delete the ad.

I usually edit out advertisements when I see them, to eliminate all the garbage that comes with them. Sometimes they're very difficult to eliminate. The code can be imbeded in the text.

It circumvented my anti-popup software.

Hi flutrackers!

There were some real bad european internet-backbone probs, which affected many european inet-providers in connecting to the rest of the web. That should be the reason for no accessibility...

I got the the same probs at work, trying to connect to our far out locations... ;-)
